It is important to us that our standard NHS and private denture patients are afforted the best in naturally looking teeth and reliable denture appliances. We only use high quality products to ensure that every appliance gives the patient beautifull and confident smile they deserve.
Chrome/Cobalt dentures
Fennica Dental Laboratory Ltd works with association with Chr/Co dental laboratory to manufacture strong and well fitting chrome castings using the best materials available such as Vitallium 2000+.
Denture repairs
We offer an efficient denture repair service, and are happy to assist members of the public directly, in mostly cases we can fix dentures while you wait, usually within 1,5 hour by prior arrangements. Otherwise just pop in anytime before 11 AM and we fix your denture just before 4 PM.
Mouth guards
Every year we have made gum shields, whitening trays and other appliances for many satisfied customers.
Our mouth guards are made to the highest standards by our qualified team.
They come in a range of vibrant colours and can be customised to promote your team colours .
Denture relines
Relining is recommended every two years. We offer hard and soft denture relines. The technique will adapt your dentures to the changing shape of your gums.
Teeth additions
An additinal tooth may be added to an existing partial denture if a natural tooth is lost.
Flexible partial dentures
Patients looking for comfortable alternative to traditional dentures could be interested in flexible dentures that works by flexing into position, not needing the use of metal clasps to hold denture in place.
Production time
Our standard production time for each stage of dentute's process is 5 working days for acrylic appliances and mouth guards and 10 working days for chrome castings and flexible dentures.
Emergency dentures completed in 48 hours by prior arrangement.

Our laboratory is conveniently located for clients in Rhondda Cynon Taff, Merthyr Tydfil, Gwent and Cearphilly County.
